Looking at the directory contents you mentioned below, I don't think the
"add" step really worked. The directory does not contain any "postgres"
related files. Also, "add" typically starts the server on its own.

Can you please recheck the output of the "add" command and see if you spot
anything unusual? Please paste the output here so that we can have a close
look.
